(Hà Nội) Phó phòng Kinh Doanh/Deputy Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Expand customer base through sale networking 
Present sales, revenue and gross profit reports and realistic forecasts to the management board.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Control sale team achieving sale target, sale budget and sale plan. 
Achieving growth market share , maximizing sale revenue, gross profit and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Supporting to sale manager to implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Support to Sale manager for Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives ( 10 people) 
Supporting to sale manager checking sale budget and sale reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, e.t.c.)., suggests appropriate improvements to sale executives
Responsible for all sale and marketing daily activities.
Reporting to Manager/ General Manager.
 

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field
Strong social networking skill
Strong ability to approach directly with decision maker
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales assistance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
